Policy on returns and exchanges
At BIOS we are very good with returns. We guarantee customer satisfaction, and we make returns easy because we want customers to feel free to try a product without the risk of disappointment.
We accept returns if you are unsatisfied with the effectiveness or quality of a product, just call us up at 800-404-8185 and we will get a return started.
Returns may be limited to one opened or unopened bottle per SKU, up to 2 different SKUs.
You may be asked to return the product or photograph the quality issue.
We will refund the cost of the product as well as up to $5 in shipping unless you had free shipping.
Once we have received your return, we will refund your purchase.
We will take a return even up to 6 months after the time of purchase.
