At LIDTKE, we stand behind our product quality. Our refund policy demonstrates our confidence in the quality and performance of each product we sell.

If you’re ever dissatisfied, return your purchase for a full refund. The guarantee starts at date of purchase and remains for the lifetime of the original purchaser. We want you to be 100% satisfied.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund. Returns limited to one (1) opened bottle or jar, in addition to any unopened bottles or jars.

Step 2

RECEIVE REFUND LABEL

We offer prepaid return labels (call tags) from either Fedex or USPS who will pick up your return package. Or, if you prefer, we can email or mail the return label to you.

Step 3

APPLY LABEL

All you will need to do is apply the label to the box. Please pack the jars or bottles with bubble wrap or other packing material and seal with tape.
